During onboarding, we enrol you with a fund that is 1) free for you and 2) makes sense for you. We have three available funds (employer, investment fund, and general donor), for you to be paired with.
By offering different enrolment paths, we build relationships with our sponsors while executing our mission, to make healthcare accessible without financial barriers.
If you don't think any of these paths apply to you, don't fret. Even if you aren’t an employee at a partner employer, or you don’t have super to roll over to our partner funds, we’ll allocate you to our general public stream which we reserve for people dealing with the toughest economic circumstances.
